Team Trainer Sports offers different types of training programs, offering weekly training activities throughout the year to help you reach your personal and physical goals as well as your personal technique and help you develop your endurance to reach your goals. During the Triathlon season (Spring and Summer months) and off-season additional sessions are added to the training schedule What’s your goal? Team Trainer Sports has the right training plan for you with individual, group and online training’s we want to help you get out of the couch and out the door. if you are a beginner or a advance athlete we will customize a plan that will help you get in shape and cross that finish line.Signing up for a race will be the best motivation for your training , “don’t talk about it – sign up and we’ll help you with the rest.

Monday: Swim training (Mornings or Evenings) Group Session.
Tuesday: Rest day.
Wednesday: Swim training (Mornings or Evenings) Group Session. Track run workout (sometimes cycling is included) Group Session.
Thursday: Track run workout (sometimes cycling is included) Group Session.
Friday: Gym, Cycling or running (based on you training plan
Saturday: Brick workout ( Swim, Bike & Run or 2 of the 3 disciplines) . Group Session
Sunday: Cycling long ride ( Running included depending on your plan). Group Session

Description full training plan:
Includes all group meeting points with coach (2 weekly meeting points for pool swimming & 1 open water session, 1 weekly running session plus Saturday & Sunday group training session.)
Online Triathlon training plan $ 100.00
Description Online training plan:
Includes all instructions for training by coach. (Does not include any individual or group session.)
Two Triathlon Sports training plan $ 190.00
Description Two Sports training plan:
Includes two (2) Triathlon disciplines with coach.
Swim training plan 3 session a week $ 140.00

Includes all swim sessions with coach. (3 weekly meeting points for swimming.)
